Elizabeth Taylor - A Hollywood Queen and Hollywood Screen Legend
72
This is a tribute to my favorite actress Elizabeth Taylor. She is a Hollywood Legend.
Elizabeth Taylor is one of my favorite actresses of all time. She was one of the most beautiful faces in Hollywood and not only that she was one of the versatile and greatest actresses in Hollywood ever produce. She won awards as best actress and was nominated several times during her Hollywood days. I have often hear many good praises about her as an actress from my mother and from many people who love her and see her as their idol. She was really very powerful woman not only in the movies but also in her private life.
The Young Elizabeth:
She was born as Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor on Feb. 27, 1932 in Hampstead North West London, England. She had a dual citizenship namely British national through her birth on a British soil and American citizen through her American parents. Her family moved back to the United States before the onset of World War II and settled in California. Elizabeth Taylor started her movie career at the age of 9 when she had her first movie contract with Universal Pictures at $100 per week.

Wow, Ipeoney, you've got it all down. Nice research, I never knew Ms. Taylor, had that many credits, she was very prolific. Very good hub, voted up/useful.
Wow! Ipeoney you have totally impressed me.
Such an Iconic actress. Beautiful Beautiful Lady. My Fav was Cat on an hot tin roof, with Paul Newman and Burl Ives.. And stunning in Cleopatra. National Velvet was the first film I saw her in alongside Mickey Rooney. I thought some of her finest work was alongside Richard Burton, they just had that sparkle together. She never changed really, did she, Even with the onset of old age she had that glint in her eye.Very Informative Hub and all credit to you.
Just to let you know that i will be closing my hub page over the next few weeks. sometime ago my home was burgled and everything gone.I lost my laptop and couldn't for the life of me remember my password.
I have since rejoined hubpages but my new name is scarface1300. I have since found my little black book. Hope you will take a look.
Wow,she has so many film productions, and i love her in the Cleopatra. Thanks for your nice article.
Hi, Ipeoney, GREAT read on a great woman, Liz Taylor, one of my early idols. No one will ever replace her as the Queen of Hollywood. Love your writing style. I am now a fan. Sincerely, Kenneth Avery, from a small town in northwest Alabama, Hamilton, that reminds people of Mayberry, where Andy and Barney worked.
